Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service of Plain Social, operated by Addicional Marketing, S.L. ("Plain"). It sets out which uses of the Service are permitted and which are prohibited, with the aim of ensuring a safe, professional, and legally compliant environment for all agencies and users.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of your account, without prejudice to any legal action that may follow.

4. Compliance with platform policies

Use of Plain Social must at all times comply with the policies, terms, and guidelines of the integrated social media platforms (Meta Business, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, TikTok for Business, X API, etc.). Plain is not responsible for consequences arising from the user's non-compliance with those policies, including suspension of accounts on those platforms.

5. Fair use of resources

The Service is provided with usage limits according to the contracted plan (number of posts, connected accounts, users, etc.). Excessive use that affects the Service's performance for other users may be limited or billed additionally, following prior notice. The use of automated scripts to interact with the Service's API or interface beyond what is set out in the official documentation is not permitted.

6. Reporting violations

If you detect use of the Service that violates this AUP, please report it to privacy@plainsocial.app. We will investigate all reports diligently and take appropriate action.

7. Consequences of non-compliance

In the event of a breach of this AUP, Plain reserves the right to: (i) issue a warning; (ii) temporarily suspend access to the Service; (iii) permanently cancel the account; (iv) report the breach to the relevant authorities where legally required. Consequences will be applied proportionally to the severity of the breach, although we reserve the right to cancel an account immediately in the event of serious violations.

8. Modifications

We may update this AUP to reflect changes in the Service, integrated platforms, or applicable regulations. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
